- New Jersey Real Estate Commission approved instructor to real estate brokers and sales representatives for two three hour “core” courses to satisfy their mandatory continuing education requirements. One course is on Listing Agreements of Commercial Properties for sale or lease, and the other is on Commercial Leases and Personal Guaranties.
